My name is Amit Bieler, A curious educator with a traveler's soul. After years of adventures around the globe and years of working as a kindergarten teacher, I took a few years break and joined the culinary and hospitality world. Becoming a partner in the "Joz Ve Loz" restaurant in Tel Aviv, there I was exposed to the world of wine. With the help of leading women in the field of Israeli wine, I discovered a new and exciting playground. After a few years of restaurant work and then managing a wine bar, I moved to Portugal with my partner and Together we went on our next adventure: getting to know another culture, other people and other worldviews. I then decided to follow my dreams and establish "Winedering Porto": A combination of my love and passion for people, wine, nature and urban wandering.
